Fixes

• Fix header shifting sideways when scrollbar comes into existence (?)
• Set line break in footer so that the license icons and link always stay together

• Site works well on mobile
  • Adapt header to morph into hamburger menu when smol
• linksblog thing where I put interesting stuff others have made
• Add color somewhere. Should be in the body, not headers. I like cornflower blue, and maybe a pink and yellow?
